FPS Creator Mobile Privacy Policy

FPS Creator Mobile ("the App", "we", "us") is a first-person shooter game and level editor. This policy explains what information the App handles and how, so you know what to expect before you play.

Information We Collect

FPS Creator Mobile does not require an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information.

• Multiplayer display name: if you join or host a multiplayer match, the nickname you type in is shared with the other players in that match so they can see who they're playing against. It isn't stored on any server — it only exists for the duration of that match.
• Network address (multiplayer only): multiplayer uses direct peer-to-peer connections (WebRTC). Setting up these connections means your device's IP address is visible to the other players you're matched with and to the connection/signaling service used to establish the link — this is a standard requirement of peer-to-peer networking, not something the App logs or stores itself.
• Your levels, saved games, and settings: anything you create or save in the App (levels, project files, save data, high scores) is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded anywhere unless you personally choose to export/share a file yourself (for example, sending an exported game file to someone or uploading it to a platform like itch.io).

What We Don't Do

• We don't show ads.
• We don't use analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We don't sell or share any data with third parties.
• We don't require sign-up, login, or any account creation to use the App.

Third-Party Services

Multiplayer matches use a peer-to-peer connection service (PeerJS) purely to help two devices find and connect to each other. No gameplay data or personal information is stored by this service beyond what's needed to set up the connection.

Children's Privacy

FPS Creator Mobile is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
